Jimmy & Selena McGuire

Gateway was founded in 1997 as a pipeline construction company for the oil and gas industry. Throughout the years, Gateway expanded business offerings that include survey, drafting, mapping, and environmental remediation services. Through the years on thing hasn't changed; our dedication to achieving our client's goals.

Brady Miller

Director of Field Operations

Brady Miller currently serves as Director of Field Operations for Gateway Pipeline. He has worked at Gateway since 2004 where he has managed field projects as a project coordinator, general manager, and project manager throughout his time with the Gateway team. Brady has served in every role in Gateway Pipeline and has extensive knowledge of pipeline construction and midstream operations. He graduated with a B.S. in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Brady describes working at Gateway as "a great company because it has great people that work here."

Kristin Paule

Director of Human Resources & Risk Management

Kristin has been with Gateway since 2008 where she has been involved with Human Resources and Risk Management. Since 2012, Kristin has served as Director of Human Resources and Risk Management. She came to Gateway from Farmers Insurance as a claims supervisor. Kristin graduated with a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.

Kristin describes the opportunities to work for Gateway as "a great place to work. We are able to offer personal and professional growth to our employees. Most entry level positions have the opportunity to train for other positions throughout the company. The majority of management has been promoted from within."

Gary Paule

Director of Professional Services

Gary Paule is a licensed surveyor and has served as Director of Professional Services for Gateway since 2016. He started with Gateway in 2007 as General Manager of South River Resources. In 2009, he oversaw the acquisition and operations of Gateway Directional Drilling as General Manager and worked with the business development team from 2014 to 2016. Gary is a US Army Veteran where he served five years of active duty and one tour in Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Gary graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida Tech and continued his education with survey-specific courses at Oklahoma State, Oklahoma City, and the University of Maine. He attended executive education courses at Villanova University in lean six sigma and project management and The Wharton School’s implementing strategy for competitive advantage and mergers and acquisitions programs.

Shane McGuire

Director of Finance

Shane McGuire has worked at Gateway since 2005 and has broad experience across multiple aspects of the company. He worked in sales and marketing from 2005-07, then Operations Manager for our survey company for six years. Shane has also played a key role in expanding employee benefits including health insurance and 401K. He is currently Director of Finance for Gateway and manages all corporate finance activities for the Gateway Companies. Shane attended Oklahoma State University and studied abroad in Spain.
